Our membranes are distinguished by our patented permanently hydrophilic membrane technology, which allows for excellent performance in ultrafiltration and MBR applications. Imemflo provides a wide range of ultrafiltration (UF) membranes, including hollow fiber (HF) membranes and flat sheet (FS) membranes, which are precisely engineered to fulfill the most demanding filtration standards.
The Imemflo Hollow Fiber (HF) and Flat Sheet (FS) membranes are made of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), which provides excellent chemical stability, fouling resistance, and mechanical strength. Imemflo uses advanced membrane production techniques to achieve a membrane pore size of about 0.004 micron, which improves water flux and quality. The support plate has a mortise and tenon structure, which ensures consistent spacing without the need for side panels. Furthermore, the support plate enables varied installation, enabling both top and side installation without being limited by construction site conditions.
